Managing the Book an Appointment Page

Estimated reading: 2 minutes 10 views

The Book an Appointment page is the central location where customers can schedule appointments for any of your services. Here’s how it works and how to manage it.

How the Page is Created Automatically

To simplify the setup process, PreBook automatically creates a Book an Appointment page when you install the plugin. This page:

  • Comes pre-configured with the PreBook Form Block.
  • Displays all your services, including future additions.

This automatic setup ensures you have a functioning booking system right away, saving you time and effort.

Editing the Book an Appointment Page

You can customize the default booking page to match your needs:

  1. Navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Pages.
  2. Find the Book an Appointment page in the list.
  3. Click the Edit button to open it in the WordPress editor.
  4. Use the PreBook Form Block settings to adjust the booking form as needed (see below).
  5. Click Update to save your changes.

You can refine the booking form’s options via the PreBook Form Block settings or explore deeper customization in the PreBook Customizer.

Tip: Enhance the Booking an Appointment page by adding descriptions, testimonials, or FAQs to improve the customer experience.
