Understanding Field Interdependencies in PreBook Blocks
Both the PreBook Form and PreBook Button blocks feature intelligent field interdependencies for a smooth booking experience.
Dynamic Updates
- Filters: Selecting a category, service, or staff dynamically updates related fields.
- Example: Choosing “Hair Services” filters relevant services and staff.
- Selecting a specific service narrows the available staff options.
- Preselects:
- Preselecting a service displays only the staff who provide that service.
- Preselecting staff displays only the services they offer.
- If both are preselected, the form skips to the date selection step.
Behavior on the Booking Form
- With Filters: The booking form displays only filtered services, categories, or staff.
- With Preselected Service: The form skips service selection, moving to staff (Business mode) or date selection.
- With Preselected Staff: The form skips staff selection, showing only their services.
- With Both Preselected: The form jumps directly to date selection, bypassing service and staff choices.

Q: My PreBook blocks aren’t showing my newly created services. What should I do?
A: Refresh the page editor by saving your changes and reloading. New services should appear in the dropdown options.
Q: The filter options aren’t working properly. What could be wrong?
A: Make sure your services and staff are properly categorized and associated with each other. Check that staff members are assigned to the correct services in the PreBook dashboard.
Q: Can I have multiple PreBook Forms or Buttons on the same page?
